  This specimen is about  3" across.  The crystals are hollow shells of sparkly drusy quartz, or "epimorphs".  Some of them likely are dogtooth calcite epimorphs.

DIAMOND HILL GEODE
"Two chambered quartz geode-specimen of Doug Kryszak, Jacksonville GMS"


Diameter is about 5".  The pics show both halves, after it was broke open.  You can see that one chamber has shiny white quartz xls, the other chamber has a thin coating of manganese oxide over the xls.
